I am 26 years old and recently married. I have 3 kids and I am looking to better my family. I live in Lodi CA, but i want a place with less crime, better job oppurtunities and better. I also need to go some where rent or housing is not over priced. I was thinking San Diego, but quickly found out that it is way to expensive. So i started looking into Portland Oregon, Colorado, Belingham Washinton. I want California weather, but not in California.
